While streaming, I cannot tell that I'm streaming. Rescaling 2560x1440 to 1920x1080 at 30fps, using x264 at 5000 kbps. Which
is very costly network wise. I'm uploading 670 kB/s, but didn't drop a single frame after 22 mins.
Look at the two orange rows below and the avg/min. The #'s dont seem very different, but while playing it feels like
a big difference.
The conclusion is basically after update #12, with the new guns and new anti-cheat "Xenuine", my minimum fps while
streaming went from 100-120 to 80. That's 20-40 less fps, but it feels worse.

When I updated drivers, I forgot to re-apply my optimized nvidia settings to boost fps.
Later when I benchmark fps while streaming I'll have those settings restored. Here you can see what I changed in bold.
